What age can you start Beavers?

Your child can start beavers around the age of 6. Beavers are for 6-8 year olds.

Can girls join Beaver Scouts?

Yes! Beavers at 4th Ashby de la Zouch is open to anyone aged 6-8.

What happens at Beavers investiture?

When your child has tried beavers for 4-6 weeks (during which time they will work towards their membership badge) they will be invested. They will make the beaver promise and receive their badges, then be welcomed into the colony formally.
